American Institute of Physics (AIP)

As part one of a capital campaign, AIP acquire an historic collection of rare books containing some of the most important discoveries in physical sciences over the past four centuries. This acquisition will allow scholars, authors, and individuals the opportunity to study historic books and documents pursuant to a wide range of topics and time periods in physical sciences.

TGD was asked to develop the second phase of the campaign focused on targeted donation requests. The second campaign needed to fit within AIP’s original theme “Physics Heritage & Promise.” Our campaign focused on keeping physics history available to the public. We worked with a timeline visual featuring historically significant physicists to demonstrate the value of the past on the present. We wrote and designed a range of deliverables including a brochure, folder, inserts, bookmark, and an array of playful social media graphics.
