Clinical Researcher

Association of Clinical Research (ACRP) supports clinical research professionals through membership, training and development, and certification. TGD has worked with ACRP since 2010 providing branding, marketing, design and web services.

In 2013, we began the process of evaluating their flagship journal, MONITOR. TGD did a complete publication design and content audit. The audit brought to light several issues, including an outdated name, indistinguishable content sections and lack of people images. Another concern was the decrease in advertising sales. Following the audit we provided a complete report that included renaming the journal Clinical Researcher, then we redesigned and repositioned the publication, defining sections and clarifying purpose. Still a respected peer reviewed journal, the new publication is easier to read, maintains a balance of features to departments and has a more inviting presentation. Advertising grew 55% the first year (2014) and it has increased to 26% CYTD 2015. Members are extremely pleased, sending notes of encouragement and posting on Facebook. TGD continues to design and produce the bi-monthly publication.
