Get Into Gears
The American Gear Manufacturers Association Foundation—an arm of AGMA, a member- and market-driven organization to the gear industry with member companies of more than 495 from the United States, Mexico, and Canada—needed to attract qualified employees to gear manufacturing.
Following an assessment of the project, TGD created the Get into Gears campaign which features an online marketing toolkit for corporate members containing a selection of marketing pieces they can use to attract qualified applicants to their business. Most of the marketing pieces in the Toolkit are customizable, so prospects will contact the member company directly.
Each Get Into Gears Toolkit comes with a User Guide to assist in customizing the marketing materials which include a video, digital ads, emails, posters and brochures, all strategically designed to help employers recruit talented young people for the gear industry.

Within a day of releasing the toolkit to members 48 kits were downloaded. Within one month the toolkit has been downloaded 83 times by 67 companies.
