Communities in Schools

CIS needed to rebuild their identity to compete in the growing market that focuses on keeping students in school. CIS surrounds these young people with a community of support that empowers to graduate and prosper. Following intensive research, a competitive analysis and multiple meetings with national and affiliate staff, a strategic plan and a new brand platform emerged. The branding required approval by their over 200 affiliate groups. Much like a franchise, these groups needed to have affordable solutions and assistance with marketing to make the change worth while. By having open discussions with the affiliates we determined the level of branding they needed and developed a selection of downloadable logos and templates to maintain consistency of brand and support tight budgets.
